The Promise
We stop the drift. Instead of waiting for a diagnosis, we actively manage your physiological trajectory to help you live stronger, live longer, and live with purpose.

My Story — My Reason

The call came unexpectedly: my father had suffered a heart attack.
As a medical student, I understood the anatomy and the statistics — but nothing prepares you for watching someone you love become a patient. He survived, but many are not as fortunate. Depending on the study, up to half of people who experience a heart attack never make out of the hospital alive.
That moment forced me to confront a deeper truth about modern healthcare. The conditions that shorten lives — heart disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, stroke, dementia — do not appear suddenly. They develop silently, over years, often without symptoms. By the time the system reacts, the window for meaningful prevention is often gone.
Seeing that reality up close reshaped my path. It made me determined to understand these conditions earlier, more precisely, and more personally — and to dedicate my career to prevention long before crisis.
My awakening wasn’t just professional. It was personal.
I had carried extra weight through college, medical school, and my early career. Between long hours, chronic stress, and the habit of putting everyone else first, I reached 200 pounds and felt the consequences: declining energy, rising metabolic risk, and the early signs of insulin resistance. Around that time, I also learned that I carry several genetic risk factors for premature heart disease.
Despite all my training, I realized I wasn’t living the very principles I taught my patients. So I made a commitment: physician, heal thyself.
I applied everything I knew about metabolism, hormones, exercise physiology, and cardiovascular prevention. Over time, my energy returned, my weight settled at 143 pounds, and my labs improved. But the most meaningful change wasn’t physical. It was identity. That experience reshaped how I viewed medicine. It wasn’t just about information. It was about guidance, partnership, and the courage to change your trajectory with someone at your side.
That personal struggle, and the journey it continues to shape, is woven into the DNA of Sequoia Medical 360.
Why I Founded Sequoia Medical 360
My interest in science and prevention began long before medicine. In high school, I led a four-person team that won a NASA-sponsored competition three years in a row, launching experiments aboard NASA rockets. That early engineering mindset—questioning assumptions, measuring what matters, and solving problems with precision—still shapes the way I approach health today.
In college, I joined Brooklyn College EMS and rose from trainee to crew chief and eventually Chief of Operations. Caring for people in their most vulnerable moments taught me the importance of presence and connection. Those experiences guided me toward medicine and the kind of physician I wanted to become.
As I moved through training, I saw modern healthcare fall short. Visits were rushed. Care was reactive. Prevention was an afterthought. Insurance barriers limited depth and continuity. There was little room for the kind of partnership people truly need.
I knew there had to be a better way.
My father’s heart attack, my own risks, and my personal health journey pushed me toward prevention and shaped every step of my professional path. After earning a Master’s in Public Health, I completed Internal Medicine residency and fellowships in Preventive Cardiology and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism—fields that form the foundation of metabolic health, cardiovascular risk reduction, and longevity.
My ongoing work on my own health keeps me grounded in that mission. Rebuilding my energy, resilience, and metabolic markers reminds me that lasting change is never one moment. It is a continuous practice.
I created Sequoia Medical 360 for people who share that commitment. Individuals who want to stay ahead of their risks, invest in their long-term health, and pursue vitality with intention.
Here, medicine is not a transaction. It is a year-round partnership with one purpose:
to help you Live Stronger, Live Longer, and Live With Purpose.
What you just read is why Sequoia exists.
The model behind it is designed to give you what traditional healthcare does not.
The Sequoia Standard
A new model for people who want depth, continuity, and true prevention.
This is not concierge primary care or a one-day, spa-like physical. It is longitudinal, specialist-led prevention designed around one goal — helping you live stronger, live longer, and live with purpose.
Is Sequoia Medical 360 the Right Fit for You?
Our work is most successful when both physician and patient are aligned in purpose, values, and commitment.
Sequoia is designed for individuals who want to take an active, long-term role in their health — people who value depth, continuity, and a relationship with a physician who knows them well.
But the truth is, this approach is not for everyone.
Our approach may not be right for you if you…
- Prefer episodic care rather than an ongoing relationship
- Want quick fixes instead of addressing underlying systems
- Prefer a test-first or medication-only approach
- Are looking for a one-day assessment without follow-up or continuity
- View health as something to check once a year rather than cultivate every day
- Prefer short-term goals over a long-term strategy
- Prefer a generalist model instead of a deeper, specialist-guided approach to long-term health
Sequoia is an excellent fit if you:
- Want a physician who focuses on longevity and integrates endocrinology, metabolic health, and preventive cardiology
- Value true prevention — identifying risks early and managing them with intention
- Prefer a relationship-based approach that deepens and evolves over time
- Want clarity, direction, and a plan for your long-term health
- Are ready to partner in your care, not just receive information
- Appreciate a holistic, whole-person approach that connects hormones, metabolism, cardiovascular risk, sleep, nutrition, fitness, and stress
- Are invested in performance, vitality, and a life defined by strength and purpose

Frequently Asked Questions

If you cannot find an answer to your question.
Please Call us at 914-292-0300 or fill out our contact form or email us at Info@sqmed360.com
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We operate on a hybrid model. We remain in-network with Medicare and most major commercial insurers for covered medical services (standard visits, labs). Your annual membership fee covers the advanced preventative analysis, professional oversight, and expanded communication that insurance does not support.
Can my company or employer pay for my membership?
Yes. Because our model focuses on proactive longevity, executive performance, and cardiovascular risk reduction, many members utilize Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), executive wellness stipends, or direct employer funding to cover their Exam Services.
For Business Owners: If you own a business, your membership may qualify as a fully tax-deductible business expense rather than a personal medical deduction. We recommend confirming specific eligibility and structure with your tax advisor or CFO.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. Membership fees for Sequoia Medical 360 typically qualify as a medical expense.
In most cases, you can use a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to pay for your membership.
Your membership may also be paid fully or in part by your employer and, for small business owners, may qualify as a tax-deductible business expense.
Because eligibility rules vary, we recommend confirming the specifics with your plan administrator or tax advisor.
Our team is happy to answer any questions and provide the necessary documentation during onboarding.
What makes Sequoia Medical 360 different?
We replace reactive, episodic care with a Unified Treatment Strategy. Instead of 15-minute visits, we offer ample, scheduled exam time and a year-round focus on metabolic and cardiovascular longevity. We don’t just treat sickness; we manage your physiological trajectory.
Who is this practice designed for?
This practice is designed for Executives, Founders, and Business Leaders who require a specialist-led strategy to protect their long-term vitality. It is for individuals seeking a proactive health partnership rather than a place to go only when they are sick.
How do I become a patient?
Requesting your partnership introduction is simple. Visit our Request Enrollment page to begin. Within one business day, our team will reach out to schedule your initial Exam Consultation and guide you through the enrollment process.
