The Sequoia Standard
Specialist-Led, Relationship-Centered Longevity & Preventive Cardiometabolic Care
A higher bar for modern preventive longevity, metabolic, endocrine, and cardiovascular health.
Most healthcare models remain reactive, brief, and transactional — built around short visits or isolated evaluations. The Sequoia Standard reflects a different philosophy: a specialist-led, long-term partnership that brings clarity, continuity, and proactive guidance to your metabolic, endocrine, and cardiovascular health. This is care designed not only to identify risks early, but to help you live stronger, live longer, and live with purpose.
The Sequoia Standard — At a Glance
1. The Specialist Advantage
We are not generalists. Care is led by a quadruple board-certified specialist, bridging Endocrinology, Metabolism, Preventive Cardiology, and Longevity.
2. Integration, Not Handoffs
We unify your care, connecting the dots between hormones, heart health, and metabolism to create a single strategy.
3. Depth Over Volume
We intentionally limit our practice to a fraction of the volume of traditional clinics. This scarcity allows for the unhurried thinking, forensic data analysis, and proactive oversight your physiology requires.

Why This Model Had to Be Built
This model was born from a simple truth: modern healthcare was never designed for long-term metabolic and cardiovascular health. Visits were brief, testing was fragmented, and risk was recognized only after disease had set in.
For years, I watched how the traditional healthcare system struggled to address the rising burden of metabolic and cardiovascular disease. Even for people who were motivated and proactive, the system offered very little continuity—and even less clarity.
As detailed in my personal background, I learned firsthand that traditional healthcare rarely considers the full set of factors that shape long-term health. Sleep quality, stress, mental wellbeing, nutrition, and physical performance are often treated as afterthoughts—addressed in isolation, if at all—even though they directly influence hormone regulation, inflammation, recovery, weight, and cardiometabolic risk.
What I learned—clinically and personally—is that better outcomes require more than isolated tests or short reactive visits. They require a long-term partnership with a physician who knows your story, understands your patterns, and can guide you with the depth of endocrine, metabolic, and preventive cardiology expertise.
The Sequoia Standard was built out of that realization: a model of care designed for people who want clarity, continuity, and a truly proactive approach to their long-term health.
What Makes This Model Different
Longevity care is often reduced to more testing, more data, or more protocols. The Sequoia Standard takes a different approach — one that places expertise, continuity, and human connection at the center of long-term metabolic and cardiovascular health.
